In this film set within the aftershocks of South Africa’s Apartheid, a gay farmhand writes letters to his lover.

About the Director

Brandon Clarke is a writer and director based in Cape Town, South Africa. In 2019, they worked as a production assistant at DO Productions, gaining valuable insight into film production. They have directed four short films. Their short film Letters To The Man I Love has played at various film festivals around the world, including Canada’s largest queer film festival, Inside Out. In 2021, they attended the Queer Writers Incubator, where they were mentored by Gabe Gabriel for a queer feature film. They are currently in post-production for a dystopian neo-noir sci-fi short film.
