Please note that space for this session is very limited, please only sign up for this event if you will attend.

At the height of the Black Lives Matter resurgence and the COVID-19 pandemic, it felt difficult to unpack what was happening all around us. It still feels this way in many ways, especially for Black and other people of colour worldwide.

Many of us are still searching for a space where we can be present, without judgement and obligation. This session will be an opportunity to access advice on how to find a therapist that's right for you, and there will be a grounding meditation to help you process feelings post-lockdown and the impact on our collective mental health as we continue to experience the repercussions of the pandemic. The session will be led by psychotherapist Sabrina Masego, who will be assisted by psychological wellbeing practitioner Alaina Gabriel.

To attend, register on this link. We look forward to seeing you there!
